We may collect and process “personal data” as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998. We utilize such data on clients and suppliers in the provision of our services. We occasionally receive this data from third parties – for example, BACS payment details, printing companies (testimonials)

All personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Part of our compliance with the legislation is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – the “Notification”.  This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk .

We may share data with third parties as part of our services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law.  “Third parties” in this context may include – but is not exclusive to – hosting companies, domain name providers.  We cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by any third party outside our remit.
